Leasing Division – (951) 735-2000 x211

Our Leasing Division is in charge of initially leasing your property when it’s ready to rent or when a resident has given a 30 day notice to leave. Leasing works hand in hand with our Property Inspector who is responsible for insuring that the property is up to competitive marketing conditions in order to get your property rented quickly and cash flow coming in. Our Leasing Division will update you weekly while your property is up for rent to give you a status update and what marketing strategies we may need to employ to adapt to the current market conditions.

Maintenance Division – (951) 735-2000 x214

Our property inspector in our Maintenance Division does all of the inspections on your property. They will also call you when your property is up for rent after a resident vacates when a number of enhancements or repairs may be needed. You are given a itemized written estimate before any work commences. They also field requests from residents on repairs that are needed and issue general work orders while a resident is in the property. We do attempt to get residents to take care of a lot of the small items under $50.00 to help reduce our clients repair costs.

Our Accounting Division is in charge of processing the rents, paying invoices and security deposit disbursements.  Our Accounting Division works hand in hand with our Property Inspector in maintenance who is in charge of doing the inspections of properties.

Our Office Manager is knowledgeable in all aspects of our management services. The Office Manager has daily meetings each morning with the staff and works hand and hand with all of the divisions.
