We have been in the 24225 Briones property for almost a month now. My family and I are very happy with the home and I wanted to express our gratitude to you for helping to make it happen. The kindness you exhibited to my family and the precision you displayed in completing the lease will always be remembered. I just wanted to let you know that we had other options but ultimately chose this property because of your representation of Management One. You convinced us of the value that a property management company like Management One could bring to the table and we have already experienced it first hand in the fixing of a small leak with the water heater. You were so quick to get back to us and your contractor that came out was so friendly and helpful. You set the bar very high with the personal service you promised and I have to give you credit because you have more than lived up to your promises.
As a fellow salesman, I have a high expectation from other sales individuals when I conduct my own personal business. I look at things like efficiency (how easy do you make the process), credibility (how reasonable do you set your expectations and come thru on them), rapport building (am I just an application or are we building a business relationship?) I really feel you are wonderful on all fronts….so much so that I decided to send this email of thanks. I normally don’t bother unless the service is extraordinary which I believe you were and continue to be.

I would like to take the time and let you know how much my family appreciates the professionalism and dedication your staff has consistently shown. I am talking about Brooke Bonner and Anna (front desk). Every time I call for help, from something as major as the whole house getting painted to something as simple as a leaky toilet, nothing is too great or too big an issue. Repairs are done in a timely manner and of course the follow up call to make sure everything is done to everybody’s satisfaction.
